Scholarship Application
Southwest Tech scholarships are available thanks to generous donations from community partners, including individuals, organizations, and people who are interested in helping people achieve their goals and dreams. Southwest Tech accepts scholarship applications and makes awards on a monthly basis, so the deadline is the 15th day of each month. If you need assistance you may contact Student Services at (435) 586-2899. If awarded, you must submit a thank you letter addressed to "Scholarship Donor" (submit to Southwest Tech Student Services), and allow Southwest Tech Student Services to take your photo. Your letter and/or photo may be used for marketing purposes.

FAFSA Confirmation: You must complete a FAFSA and attach the confirmation you receive in your email to this application. If you don't have your confirmation to attach, but you have confirmed we have your FAFSA information, please simply attach a document that says "you have this". Southwest Tech must have your FAFSA information for the Scholarship Committee to consider your application.
