June Thorley Paiute Tribe Scholarship Application
This scholarship is for eligible members of the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah, including the following Tribal Bands: Cedar Band, Indian Peaks, Kanosh, Koosharem, and Shivwits. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, and tools for the program of interest. Southwest Tech accepts scholarship applications and makes awards on a monthly basis; the deadline is the 15th day of each month. Applicants must have already completed a FAFSA application, and a Southwest Tech application, and must be able to prove Tribal membership. FAFSA Confirmation: You must complete a FAFSA and attach the confirmation you receive in your email to this application. If you don't have your confirmation to attach, but you have confirmed we have your FAFSA information, please simply attach a document that says "you have this". Southwest Tech must have your FAFSA information for the Scholarship Committee to consider your application.
